Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. Inside 24 hours we charge 50%. Same-day cancellations are charged in full.

Yes — every crew arrives with all supplies, vacuums and microfiber. We default to pH-neutral, low-tox products. If you prefer we use your own, just let us know in the notes.

If something’s not right, tell us within 24 hours. We come back to fix it free, refund the visit, and the next one is on us. No arguments, no fine print.
