Lyvantis Cleaning Co. (operating as Lyvantis Support Services LLC), a Florida-licensed residential and commercial cleaning service serving Greater Orlando — including Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Celebration, Winter Park, Dr. Phillips, Hunters Creek and Windermere.
2. What we collect
When you contact us or book a service, we collect: name, email, phone number, service address, preferred service date, optional notes, and language preference. When you visit our website, we may collect browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and referral source via standard server logs and analytics.
3. How we use it
We use your information solely to: (a) respond to your booking request, (b) schedule and deliver the cleaning service, (c) send post-visit photo reports, (d) follow up about service quality, (e) send service-related communications. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
4. Data retention
We retain active customer records for the duration of service plus 36 months. After that, identifying information is purged. Photo reports tied to your service are retained for 90 days unless you request otherwise.
5. Your rights (Florida residents)
Under Florida law you have the right to request: a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. Email hello@lyvantis.com with your request.
6. Cookies & tracking

Customer data is stored on TLS-encrypted servers. Photo reports are delivered via authenticated email links. Crew background-check records are accessible only to internal management.
