Terms of Service
Last updated: May 24, 2026. The agreement between you and Lyvantis Cleaning Co.
1. Scope of service
These Terms govern cleaning services provided by Lyvantis Cleaning Co. (Lyvantis Support Services LLC) to residential and commercial customers in Greater Orlando, Florida. By booking a service you accept these Terms.
2. Booking and confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed when (a) you accept the flat-price quote sent by Lyvantis, and (b) Lyvantis confirms the visit time. We confirm within 2 business hours during business days (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–3pm ET).
3. Payment terms
Payment is due upon completion of the visit unless on a recurring plan. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Recurring plans are billed monthly in advance. Promotional pricing offered under FDUTPA applies only to the visit it was offered for.
4. Cancellation policy
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Within 24 hours: 50% charge. Same-day cancellations: full charge. We reserve the same policy for our crews if unforeseen circumstances prevent a visit (we offer to reschedule or refund).
5. Satisfaction guarantee
If the work does not meet our quality standards, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to correct the issue at no charge, refund the visit, or both — at our discretion. The guarantee covers the cleaning quality only; pre-existing damage or items beyond reasonable wear are not covered.
6. Liability
Lyvantis maintains general liability insurance and bonded crew coverage. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our crew during a visit, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will repair or replace the affected item up to documented value. We are not liable for: pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance, or damage caused by structural failures.
7. Access and safety
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If access cannot be obtained, the visit is treated as a same-day cancellation. We may decline to clean an area if it presents a safety hazard (mold, structural risk, hazardous waste).
8. Use of photographs
Our crew takes photos during each visit for quality assurance and to send you the verifiable photo report. Photos are stored privately for 90 days. We will not use photos of your home for marketing without your written consent.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in Orange County, Florida. Promotional pricing offered in good faith under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA).
